Chandler Police make arrest in double shooting
Man, 19, who allegedly shot parents, is in custody

The suspect, accused of shooting both his parents Monday, was identified as 19-year-old Jeremiah Estel Blair. He is in custody and has been booked on two counts of attempted first-degree murder.

Chandler Police said Monday they're investigating a double shooting in a neighborhood near Chandler Heights and McQueen roads.
Police said, via an X.com post (formerly Twitter), that they've confirmed an incident "involved an adult son who shot his parents."
Both victims were treated at a local hospital and are alert and stable as of early Monday afternoon, police said.
The suspect was identified as 19-year-old Jeremiah Estel Blair. He is in custody and has been booked on two counts of attempted first-degree murder.
Police described the incident as "isolated" and is still under investigation.
