If you are looking to help your community and make a difference in the lives of patients, Banner Ocotillo Medical Center invites you to come and volunteer.
Volunteering at Banner Ocotillo is an option for individuals who are not only interested in helping patients and health care employees, but also for those who may be interested in a health care career.
Volunteers help provide a much-needed service, according to a Banner news release. Applications are being accepted for volunteers in nursing units and in medical imaging.
While there are several assignments that volunteers can receive, including working in the gift shop, in patient care areas or at the front desk greeting visitors, applicants go through an interview process to give Banner a better chance to get to know you, your availability, as well as your interests and skills.
If you are interested in becoming a volunteer at Banner Ocotillo Medical Center, call 480-256-7086 or email Alyssa.Trebil@Bannerhealth.com to schedule an informational interview session.
Banner Ocotillo Medical Center is a 124-bed hospital designed to grow with the community and offers emergency care, intensive care, endoscopy, cardiac catheterization, imaging, surgical and women’s services.
