About Loving Literacy Authors
Loving Literacy Authors is composed of seven local children’s authors, several of whom are former teachers and librarians. Being literacy advocates, the authors are dedicated to help improve the reading and writing skills of Arizona’s children by offering school visits and author fairs throughout the Valley. The Children’s Museum of Phoenix, in collaboration with Loving Literacy Authors, is celebrating Family Literacy Month in November.
Located at 215 N. 7th St., the museum will host seven award-winning authors who will read their books and facilitate activities every Tuesday in November from 10 a.m. to noon.

The Children’s Museum is open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is free for members and $17 for non-members. Children under 1 are free.
