The City of Buckeye invites the community to a unique celebration this weekend.
Celebrate Halloween and support local charities at "Let the Ghoul Times Roll" -- Buckeye’s 81st annual Halloween carnival.
The all-ages event is set for Saturday, Oct. 30, 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., in Downtown Buckeye, between Fourth and Seventh streets.
Enjoy a haunted house, carnival games, bingo, crazy cars, a cake walk, other food and much more. All stations and activities are operated by local non-profit groups and 100 percent of the proceeds raised go back to these groups that support our community.
Activities and food range in cost from 1 to 10 tickets. Tickets are 50 cents each and can be purchased at the entrance.
Consider signing up for the kids and family Halloween contests, too. Categories include scariest, cutest and most original do-it-yourself costume. See below for times for each judging.
For information, call the City of Buckeye Community Services Department at 623-349-6323.
